Q: How many photos will I receive?

Answer: The number of photos you receive is based on the size of the property. All parts of the property are photographed: interior, exterior, and even amenities for condos. Condos typically receive around 30 photos. A two thousand square foot house typically receives around 35-45 photos. And a 5,000 square foot house might receive 50-70 photos.

Q: What is the turn around time?

Answer: The turn around time is the following morning. Typically photos are received around 8:00 to 10:00 am.

Q: How long do the shoots take?

Answer: The length of a shoot depends on the size of the property. A 2,000 sq, ft. house typically takes around 45 minutes to an hour to shoot. 360 matterport tours typically take around an hour. Videos typically take around 45 minutes.

Q. What areas do you serve?

Answer: I am based in Alexandria, Virginia and we currently serve anywhere within an hours drive of there. I go about as far south as Stafford, Virginia; and as far north as Rockville, Maryland or Laurel, Maryland. I do all of DC, Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Prince WIlliam, Leesburg, Prince George’s, Bethesda, and Silver Spring.
I personally do not shoot Baltimore ore Fredericksburg, but I have a photography that works directly for me that will shoot those areas. I still handle all editing and delivery.

Q. How do I get my home ready?

Answer: The first step is to make sure your home is as clean as possible. No dishes or dish racks out. Remove any clutter. Take magnets or art off the refrigerator. Remove any plastic children’s chairs from the table. Hide toothbrushes and shampoo bottles, prescription bottles. Remove as much as you can from kitchen and bathroom counters. Less is more. No cars in the driveway.
